The museum is pleased to offer K-12 Self-Guided School Visit opportunities that complement and enhance elementary, middle, and high school learning. The museum is open for Self-Guided visits Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM during the school year. A school visit to the museum includes entrance to the Timber in the Tualatin Valley and Ladies of the Valley exhibits. Students can compare the dresses, accessories and furniture of a bygone era (1910-1950), as well as learn about the tools and lingo used by loggers at the turn of the 20th century!
Teachers and chaperones are encouraged to download the 2018 WCM Chaperone Guide to learn museum manners, tips, and much more!
