Author Series: Mary Jo Morelli – February 25

Our celebration of all things Forest Grove continues with our next local author series featuring established Forest Grove historian and long time friend of the Museum, Mary Jo Morelli.  Using Forest Grove Book Coverhistoric photographs with detailed captions, Morelli’s book tells a comprehensive history of Forest Grove, starting with the first European settlers, all the way to the mid 1960’s.   Mrs. Morelli will be at the Museum on Saturday, February 25th to give a short presentation on how she approaches researching and writing a book like this.  So if you’re either a Forest Grove native, or an aspiring local historian looking for a way to apply that passion, come on down and check out what Mrs. Morelli has to say.
