Library Hours

Our library hours have changed. Temporarily, the WCHS Research Library will only be open Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and by special appointment. Please call the museum if you plan to do research (503) 645-5353. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Archive/Research Library contains:

9 boxes of school census from 1905-1970
24 boxes of Cultural Resource Management documents
77 microfilm reels of various county newspapers from 1870-1959
205 microfilm reels of state and local records

Admission / On-site Assistance Fee

Free to WCHS Members
Non-WCHS Members charged: $3.00 Adults and $2.00 Seniors and Children 6-17.
Price includes admission to museum exhibits and research library.
