Library Charges and Fees

Phone/Letter Research Request Charges

Research requests by mail or phone requiring more than ½ hour research time by staff will incur a charge of $10.00 for Non-WCHS Members. This fee includes all research time beyond ½ hour and basic mailing cost. This fee does not include Xerox copies of archival material, reproduction cost of photographs, and mailing charges for more than a pound. Upon receipt of payment by credit card or check, research results will be sent to address provided.

Photocopying Fee

Any individual or business: $ .25 per 8.5X11 page and $ .50 per oversized page. Any WCHS Member/Student: $ .15 per 8.5X11 page and $ .20 per oversized page.

Document scanning fee is $5.00 per page and may be used for research purposes only. Please contact the library for information on commercial/public use of documents.

Non-Publication Photograph Access Fees

The below listed prices are charged to individuals, professionals, businesses, and corporations for each WCHS photograph/negative sent off-site at their request. These prices represent the “access” fee paid to the Museum for one-time use of images for research or public display only. Special Editions charges additional reproduction costs to the customer.

Individual One-time Use Fee:

WCHS Member: $7.00 per image.
Non-WCHS Member: $8.00 per image

Commercial/Business Non-Member One-time Use Fee:
